HealthQuest On The HomeStretch...how in the world is this already making such a difference in my life??? 2 weeks into it and i love it!! i love the comraderie, the support, the encouragement, the care you get from these neat women who suffer daily with me...who are growing like i'm growing...growing stronger. i really feel that way already. i feel more in tune with my body than i have in a long time. that song "heart of a champion" is playing over and over in my head cause we hear it every day at D1, i think, and it helped me the other day when we got to do the underwater dunking at fitness wave. now that was an eyeopener too.... could i really have that much body fat????
