Week One at D-1
it's so hard but already so good. i just cheered the last HealthQuest participants from the sidelines but now I'm in the game! i'd never be able to do all that's required of us...the bear crawls, stair climbing, planks, crunches, leg lifts...without the encouragement and comraderie of this group. Carter is an amazing trainer...but could the magic of this HealthQuest be the woman at my side? we'll see...

Thank you for your encouragement and support! We will overcome great hurdles and achieve better health together! Cyndi Miller
Debbie,
It is so great to have you on board for this HealthQuest On The HomeStretch. We will get healthy together...if only I could stop drinking my 'stress-drinks.'
Renee
Debbie,
Again, it was great to see you join the Roosters this morning! You are such an encouragement! We are all going to be so healthy in December!
Have a great weekend!
Blessings,
Juji
Hey D!
I may not get to train with the "Dawgs," but I will be there in spirit! See ya at Camp Carter!
Camp Carter was HARD but really good. i met folks from Seattle, Georgia and North Carolina...all trying to be just a little bit healthier. HealthQuest On The HomeStretch really is lucky to have carter as our trainer. btw, David Griffin and his sexy, sweet wife were there too and gave a great pep talk. david was on season 4 of NBC's Biggest Loser show. great family guy!!
am going for a looooooong hot bath now. :)
Debbie, I love reading and reminising - you're an inspiration to all! Don't you just love 5:00 a.m.??? I've been there - done that - and so proud of it! SGIG's need to come cheer you all on!
Keep smiling!!!
